Champion Fastpitch: A New Chapter, More Possibilities

For the 2025-26 season, we’re excited to announce the launch of Champion Fastpitch—a new platform and tournament brand designed to better serve Colorado’s unique fastpitch community. Our mission is to put the needs of players, teams, coaches, umpires, and families at the center of everything we do. The 2024-25 season was wildly successful for us despite many obstacles.

And our plan as we head into Year 2 is to continue the same, amazing tournaments we began as USSSA Play, LLC. We retain the trade name of “USSSA Play” in Colorado and may continue to develop with USSSA sanctioning, but we are going to explore other options.

Honoring Tradition, Embracing the Future
We deeply respect the experience and leadership of those who have built Colorado’s softball tradition—including the dedicated leaders and umpires who make our game possible. At Champion Fastpitch, we remain committed to partnering with the very best officials and professionals to deliver an outstanding tournament experience for everyone involved.

Continuity for the Community
Champion Fastpitch isn’t about cutting any ties. It’s about expanding what’s possible—creating new events, leagues, and showcases, while always championing better communication, transparency, and support for all involved. We have enjoyed working with USSSA National, but we also need a brand that represents what we’re about here in Colorado too and insures that what we started in November, 2024 continues for years beyond!
